Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ZYNC platform, including our Telegram Mini App, web portal, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You must not be located in a sanctioned jurisdiction or on any restricted persons list.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account through Telegram authentication or other supported identity providers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must not create accounts for fraudulent purposes
• You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet passphrase and recovery phrase
• We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account

4. Platform Services

ZYNC provides a multi-tenant protocol for verified real-world missions inside Telegram. The platform enables tenants to create contexts, design missions, and reward real-world behavior through TON-native payments and digital assets. The Services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.

5. Campaigns and Missions

Campaigns are created by tenants and may include various mission types with associated rewards. Participation in campaigns is subject to eligibility requirements set by the campaign creator.

• Rewards are distributed according to campaign rules and are subject to verification
• We reserve the right to void rewards obtained through fraudulent activity
• Campaign availability and reward amounts may change without notice
• Mission completion is subject to automated and manual verification

6. Digital Assets and Wallets

ZYNC provides non-custodial wallet functionality. You are solely responsible for your wallet passphrase and recovery phrase. Loss of these credentials may result in permanent loss of access to your digital assets.

• PT tokens are ledger-only and may be subject to future on-chain deployment
• Digital assets have no guaranteed monetary value unless explicitly stated
• All transactions are final and cannot be reversed
• You are responsible for applicable tax obligations

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Submit false or misleading mission evidence
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit platform mechanics, rewards, or referral systems
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent platform rules
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by ZYNC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZYNC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital assets, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from your use of the Services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
